The Merchant House hotel offers good value for money with beautiful design, clean rooms and a nice pool. However, we were surprised by the service experience, finding ourselves in a situation where there was no staff presence or reception to assist us. The residence could be better suited for booking with friends as an Airbnb-style accommodation.
