Ambar is all about natural wine, and even if you’re not familiar with it, give it a try—the staff are more than happy to share their knowledge. We did the orange wine tasting, which includes two different wines to sample. The dumplings and other dishes at neighboring tables looked incredibly tempting, though we didn't get to try them because we had dinner plans. Next time for sure!
