From the same team as Atelier September! Apollo is a chic and fun city-center bar and restaurant. We came here with in the winter and it felt very cosy but it is also known to be a fantastic spot in the summer when the weather is nice and the courtyard terrace is open. You can order small plates to snack while you people-watch the cool Danish crowd. (don’t skip the bread with whipped butter served in a seashell and make reservations in advance.
