Owned by the team behind the top-rated 108 and Noma restaurants, and located in the same space that used to house Noma, Barr offers a slightly more casual but equally memorable experience. We went a few years ago and still remember perfectly the dishes (particularly the waffle with lumpfish roe), the wooden cosy decor, the service and the location on Copenhagen's central waterfront.
