MASSERIA MOROSETA
Ostuni, Italy
Hotel | from 300€ per night
This visit to Masseria Moroseta was a few years ago. However, it's a place that left such a lasting impression.
From the pictures you can see online, you may arrive with high expectations, but within the first few minutes of walking around the Masseria you will realize it is even more beautiful in reality. The architecure is absolutely impeccable, the interior with every little detail is extremely stylish (even the towels you receive to take to the pool are amazing).
The rooms at Masseria Moroseta are spacious, tastefully decorated, and impeccably clean. There is a lot of attention to detail in the design, which seamlessly combines the rustic elements of the Masseria with a more contemporary minimalistic style.
The menus consists of a lot of locally grown products from the garden, olive oil and the sea in the background. You can really feel chef Giorgia Eugenia Goggi’s passion in her cooking. If you can’t stay, at least book a dinner. They do a tasting menu, paired with organic wines and every single flavour is amazing, with the best and freshest ingredients. The food is not only exceptional but it is also beautifully presented, served on ceramic tableware exclusively made by Nicola Fasano’s workshop in Grottaglie (another visit to make in Puglia; I ended up buying a lot of ceramic plates that I cherish so much and always use when hosting dinner parties).
